HCGB Annual General Meeting & Symposium is 23-24 March 2019 at The Hilton Hotel, 100 Watering Lane, Collingtree, Northampton. NN4 0XW
The hotel boasts a heated pool and health club along with plenty of space for relaxation.
You MUST be registered to attend, even if only for the (free of charge) meeting - please view all options below. Although welcome to attend the AGM you must be an HCGB member to vote.
The Saturday will begin with a Branch Liaison Meeting which will commence at 1300 hrs in the sunken bar area to the right of Reception.
Council and Competitions Committee would then like to invite you to an open forum from 1400 hrs on the Saturday with the formal meeting at 1500 hrs. (If necessary and time permitting, the forum will continue after the main AGM formalities)
This is an opportunity to provide a platform to communicate with those who endeavour to act upon your behalf and work towards a smooth running of the Club. It would be useful to receive questions in advance so that a topic agenda can be produced for the benefit of the wider membership.
The meeting(s) will be recorded and will be streamed to the membership via the website.
The formal evening entertainment will commence from 1830 hrs with pre-dinner drinks, then a three-course meal and the annual awards presentation followed by evening entertainment from 1900 hrs.

The most popular packages have been put together based on previous years, however, if you have other requirements please contact Makyla and we will try and accommodate.
Check in is from 1500 hrs, however, there may be a chance that rooms can be released earlier, although, not guaranteed
Tea and coffee at AGM meeting
3 course dinner and trophy presentation followed by an evening of entertainment.
The weekend is an opportunity to celebrate the events of 2018 and looking forward to the 2019 racing and cruising year.
All bookings need to be advised to the hotel by 20 February at the latest - please book early to enable us to collate figures and cancel unallocated rooms which we have to pay for (There will not be the facility to book after this date for any aspect of the weekend accept to attend the meeting only)
Table plans will be put together, as in previous years, as and when bookings are made. If you would like to arrange a specific table then please email Makyla upon making your booking so this can be catered for. The table plans will be submitted to the hotel during the week following 20 February.
We have negotiated on pre-ordered drinks for next March in the form of Buckets of bottled drinks including beer, cidar, soft drinks and also a discounted wine list and jugs of Pimms options. Details will be sent out seperately for you to order as payment will be required with the order at the latest 2 weeks prior to our event. There is considerable discount to be made by ordering this way.
